As an Associate, Alison supports the LAVA team by tackling special projects, composing briefings and key documentation, engaging in policy management and developing research for partners, and overseeing administrative assignments.

Alison is a passionate advocate for progress and transformation, having worked with several organizations which promote positive, innovative social change; including the Global Peace Foundation and Blue Haven Initiative, an impact investment firm.

Alison graduated from Westminster College with a BA in political science, summa cum laude. She lives with her fiancé and their cat in Maryland.
